Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.

Customized products in production are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Customized products are marked on the respective product page.

If the product has already been shipped, you, the buyer, bear the cost of returning the goods to the return address provided by us. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund all costs to you.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us contact@theavoren.com with a clear declaration (e.g., by email or mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than five days from the day we were informed of your decision to revoke this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur fees for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer's individual choice or decision is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded,

that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,

if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to charge fees of up to 20% of the purchase price for refused items. These fees cover administrative costs, reconditioning fees, and restocking costs for the return.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you may no longer be bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit, subject to applicable law. If a lender has already paid us when the revocation takes effect, the legal consequences will be determined by the applicable financing and consumer protection rules.

This does not apply if the object of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., shares, currencies, or derivatives).

If you want to avoid being contractually bound as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also cancel the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal for it.
